Okay i will probally be either ignored or piss someone off at least with this but i've noticed a lot of things since i have been back you all have some good rules but the punishments dont seem to be working since its mainly the same people doing the same shit and one of the gms tends to let his emotions at the time decide the ruling gms shouldn't be above the rules either i was punished when i broke the rules when i hosted thats what makes it fair and every one complains about whoring who cares

instead of waisting time doin things to set others back spend time making new events so the players can have fun and if whoring is that bad here is a way to fix it in chuunins and events edit tai or nin to a set limit so its all the same bam problem fricken solved see thats a simple solution to your arguement for the ages
